Victor—Hart makes upcycled, patchwork denim: trenches, jackets, trousers and totes cut from reclaimed denim, with sandals soled in rubber from used car tyres and handwoven raffia made by communities in Ghana. Our debut collection, Denim Diplomacy, was presented at Milan Fashion Week in September 2026 in collaboration with the Embassy of Ghana in Rome and the Afro Fashion Association.

We are now opening SS27 to a small number of boutiques, concept stores and department stores. Because every piece is built from reclaimed material, production is limited and allocated in the order inquiries arrive.
